Justice for Brendan Dassey – Man Featured in Making a Murderer

Brendan Dassey, featured in the Netflix docu-series Making a Murderer, had his murder conviction overturned. The Judge ruled, that as a person with a developmental disability, Brendan’s confession was coerced. The Arc says people with a developmental disability often confess during interrogation and that Brendan is just one example of perhaps hundreds of people with a developmental disability who are in prison unjustly.
